Skills and requirements:
• Familiarity with business performance reporting, strategic and business planning
• Experience in the development of a business plan for a large enterprise is a bonus
• Proven ability to produce high-quality business performance analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and at least familiarity with Power BI, including working with large datasets
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint with ability to establish meaningful data insights to key stakeholders
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing deliverables against tight deadlines
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to guide and support junior analysts and colleagues while supporting senior decision-makers through the development of powerful business insights
• Excellent communication skills, especially written communication as the role would require drafting and reviewing of plans, reports and other deliverables
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
